MNA event Tickets sold at MNA counter are returnable and exchangeable: SEVEN Days prior to the event, a 10% handling charge applies to ticket return or exchange. Within SEVEN Days prior to the event, a 20% handling charge applies.
Tickets sold are NOT returnable and exchangeable on the event date.
It is required to return the original ticket to MNA.
Postage or transfer fees generated from ticket return or exchange shall be paid by the ticket purchaser.
VIP tickets are NOT returnable and exchangeable.
Before bringing or sending the original tickets to us, please contact MNA box office staff to check the legitimacy.
Tickets are issued/sold on behalf of the organiser/presenter of the event whose name appears on the ticket. For any MNA event cancelled or postponed, MNA shall be responsible for refunding the purchase price of the tickets.
It shall be the responsibility of the purchaser to keep the tickets. MNA shall not reissue new tickets for lost or damaged ones. Lost or damaged tickets are non-refundable.
Unless otherwise stated by MNA, tickets are only sold at MNA or other ERA ticket counters. Please be reminded that MNA is not responsible for any ticket sold on bid websites or unauthorized source.
